Every successful flight begins with careful preparation. At WideLens, we guide you through a structured, step-by-step process - like boarding a plane - to ensure a smooth take-off, a steady climb, and a confident journey toward your destination.

  • What Happens: A mutual introduction meeting via Teams to explore what each party does and seeks.

  • Outcome: Determine if there’s potential for collaboration.

Phase 1: Pre-flight briefing

  • What Happens: Sign an NDA and gather basic company information (board composition, financials, business overview, etc.).

  • Outcome: Gain a high-level understanding of your business and needs.

Phase 2: Boarding papers

  • What Happens: A 1-2 hour Q&A session with 1-3 executives to complete the picture.

  • Outcome: Confirm mutual interest and alignment for collaboration.

Phase 3: Control tower update

  • What Happens: Develop a short engagement proposal outlining how we can add value, potential roles, duration, and contract elements. Both parties sign the contract.

  • Outcome: Formalize the partnership and prepare for take-off.

Phase 4: Gate closure

  • What Happens: Choose between Smooth Climb or Full Throttle path. Smooth Climb offers a limited effort to familiarize with the business (executive interviews, facility visits). Full Throttle offers a 2-3 week strategic assessment (management interviews, customer/supplier insights, KPI analysis, market study).

  • Outcome: A deep understanding of your business and a clear strategic perspective for the journey ahead.
